At the RUH we are working to create a future where everyone matters. This means you feel safe and supported when you come to work and it’s important you can tell us when that isn’t happening. Report and Support is here for you to do just that.
We want everyone to be able to speak up and share when things aren’t working. We would always advise that you report with your contact details so that we can act and support you. For some people this may be too much, and you can choose to report anonymously. When you report anonymously, we will not be able to come back to you or help you directly with your concern. Always think carefully about what is best for you and what support you need.
