We will listen to your concern and help you identify the way forward. The FTSU team act in an impartial capacity to make the trust safer for patients and staff.

We will support you along the way. The FTSU Guardian will stay in contact with you as we take your concern forward.

We will signpost the concern to the correct process or support network through discussions with you and treat each concern on an individual basis
